Station Interior
As of November 2009 – “Fire Support” have been elected as ‘Principal Contractor” in the PFI (Private Finance Initiative) proposal to design, construct and maintain 10 new Fire Stations in Staffordshire.

Station Interior
Stepnell Ltd (George Law's Parent Company) are one of the founding parties of the ‘Fire Support’ Consortium and will undertake project management, design and construction of five of the new Fire Stations. Two of which (Uttoxeter and Stafford Response) will be constructed by George Law Ltd.

‘Response’ Station
Purpose designed 21st Century Fire Stations including training facilities and Community Support Facilities at five locations.
To be constructed by Stepnell Ltd:-
- Tamworth (Whole Time) - 1.919 m² GIFA
- Cannock - 521 m² GIFA
- Tamworth (Response Base) - 521 m² GIFA
To be constructed by George Law Ltd:-
- Uttoxeter - 833 m² GIFA
- Stafford - 458 m² GIFA
